Do you need water or electricity from my home?

No. Our Delhi NCR units carry their own power supply and pressurised water, so we do not use your home utilities.

Can you work in a society basement or office parking?

Yes, as long as the society or building allows it and there is room to walk around the car. Let us know about any entry passes or parking rules when you book.

How long does a session take?

A basic wash takes 45–60 minutes, interior and exterior care takes 1.5–3 hours, and deep or premium packages take 3–5 hours. We confirm the exact time when you book.

How often should I book during Delhi's smog season?

From November to January, fine dust builds up fast inside the cabin. We suggest a cabin steam session about once a month in those months, and more frequent exterior care if the car is parked outdoors.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 2 hours before your slot. If our professional has already reached your location, a ₹200 visit charge applies.
